L'Arc-en-Ciel's new single, "Don't be Afraid" (out December 21) is the theme song to the Japanese version of new movie "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter", and a special music video set to scenes from the movie, "Don't be Afraid -BIOHAZARD THE FINAL collaboration version-", has been released on YouTube!
The full version is out on Tuesday, December 13th, with the short version released on Wednesday the 14th.
The newly-revealed video, set in the world of Resident Evil, mixes together shots of the band performing their song with footage of main character Alice (Milla Jovovich) fighting in her last stand against the Umbrella Corporation. The lyrics of "Don't be Afraid" combine with Alice's solitary battle for a tense, high-impact music video collaboration.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the 'Resident Evil' game series and the 25th anniversary of the band 'L'Arc-en-Ciel'. Music video preview images have been revealed for L'Arc-en-Ciel's new single, "Don't be Afraid", to be released on December 21. The new images depict an action-packed battle with soldiers in white uniforms, as well as a scene of the band performing. Released first, the battle scene reveals a priceless and surprising shot of the members of L'Arc-en-Ciel armed with weapons.

 
 

L'Arc-en-Ciel's new single, "Don't be Afraid", will be released on December 21, 2016. The single's B-sides include a L'Acoustic version of "Cradle" produced by Kensuke Ushio (agraph) and yukihiro, as well as "hydeless" versions of both songs. Also included is Sony "HD Wireless" commercial song "Don't be Afraid -English version-".

The Complete Limited Edition Biohazard® x L'Arc-en-Ciel Edition is packaged in an LP-sized, "-Human x Zombie-" lenticular cover that changes images depending on viewing angle.
