Notice Regarding Ticket Resales
Frequently Asked Questions
It has become apparent that tickets for "L'Arc-en-Ciel 25th L'Anniversary LIVE" are being fraudulently resold through auctions and other venues.
Maverick D.C. Group has prohibited the resale of tickets for profit or at prices over face value, and after careful consideration, the decision has been made to invalidate any tickets found to be sold via auction or other similar methods, and to refuse entrance to the concert venue to anyone in possession of the aforementioned tickets.
In the unlikely event that fraudulent purchasing activity is discovered after a ticketholder is admitted to the concert venue, the ticketholder in question will be removed from their seat by officials and ejected from the venue.
Ticket refunds or cancellations will not be issued in these situations.
In addition to auction sites, similar methods of ticket sales are also prohibited, including but not limited to unlicensed ticket resellers, scalpers, and other resale services or media (including social media) targeted at mass audiences. Sales detected through these methods will be treated in the same manner as fraudulent auction sales.
Due to the large number of tickets already being sold through auctions and other ticket resale sites, when entering the concert venue using a ticket or tickets registered in an individual's name, the registered ticketholder may be required to present identification.
To ensure timely entry to the venue, please bring your driver's license, passport, photo-attached national identification number card, photo-attached credit card, or other identification documents.
We bear no responsibility for damages caused by improper management, errors in usage, or third-party usage of identification or passwords. Please use proper caution with your identification and password.
