On the dates of the shows (5/19 and 5/20), Universal Studios is expecting heavy crowds.
Therefore, customers should anticipate long waits to both enter the park and get to the venue.
We recommend that those customers who wish to have a relaxed and fun day at the park should plan to do so on Friday (for Saturday concertgoers) or Monday (for Sunday concertgoers).

※Please present concert tickets at the venue and park passes at the entrance to the park.

The day of the event, we recommend that concertgoers use public transportation, as the parking lot of Universal Studios may fill up.
We also recommend that return train tickets be bought in advance.

※On the day of the event, concertgoers who wish to attend directly and without entering Universal Studios should use Sakurajima station on the JR Yumesaki line.

※Those planning to have fun at the park on the day of the event should please keep in mind that there is a sizable distance between the park exit and the entrance to the venue; we ask that those customers make their way to the venue.

※Re-entry to the park is not permitted.

※Entry to the park is not permitted after the concert.

※At many times, the park entrance can become very crowded. Please arrive at the entrance as early as possible.

※Event tickets for this event cannot be updated to Yearlong Studio Passes.

※Regarding rainstorms, it is possible that the show will be cancelled in cases of inclement weather.

※One ticket per customer is necessary regardless of age.
