• This concert will be an outdoor event. Please prepare protective articles of clothing and/or accessories against sudden changes in weather (i.e. hats, sunglasses, raincoat, etc.) and water (or other fluids) to protect yourself from dehydration. You're solely responsible for your own health during the concert and please be mindful about sunstroke and heatstroke. Umbrellas of any kind are prohibited in the LIVE area.
• Nurse care will be available at the event venue, but due to limited space, there may not be enough space for everyone to rest. If you're an expecting mother or suffering from chronic conditions, please consult your doctor and family, and come at your own risk if you decide to participate.
• If you will be using a wheelchair, you must contact us in advance for smooth assistance. We will arrange a shuttle bus that can fit a wheelchair and guide you to the event venue. We may not be able to assist you if you contact us on the day of the concert. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Anyone accompanying you during the concert must have a ticket to enter the venue.

• Each ticket allows entrance for only 1 person. (1 ticket is required for each person regardless of age)
• Each ticket is valid only for the date/venue indicated on the ticket.
• Re-sale/purchase of ticket is strictly forbidden. If your ticket was obtained through re-sale/purchase, you will be asked to leave the venue and in the worst case, legal actions will be taken against you.
• Regarding damaged or lost tickets, we will not reissue tickets under any circumstances. After your ticket payment is complete, cancellation and/or refund will not be available under any circumstances. You may be asked to show your ticket inside the event venue and will be asked to leave if you cannot present it, so please keep your ticket on you at all times until the concert is over
• This concert will be held rain or shine (except in the case of stormy weather or natural disasters). If the concert is cancelled or postponed due to reasons beyond our control, we will provide refund only during a designated time period at a designated place for physically identifiable tickets. If your ticket is damaged, soiled or lost, refund will not be granted under any circumstances.
• We will not be liable for compensation of your travel expenses (including cancellation fees) caused by cancellation/delay/postponement of the concert under any circumstances.

• No lockers or cloak service will be available in the entire venue. You're solely responsible for watching your personal belongings, so what you bring inside is at your own risk.
• Use of mobile phone is forbidden in the LIVE Area.
• Sound/video recording of the venue/stage and of artists are strictly forbidden in the LIVE Area. If caught in action, your recording device will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the venue.
• Possession/use of multicopters (i.e. Drone, quadcopter, etc.)
• The following are forbidden inside the event venue: coolers, parasols, chairs, picnic mats, bottles/cans, bicycles, skateboards, kickboards, fireworks (or other explosives), animals (except guide dogs), selfie sticks. You may use umbrellas and sunshades (regular umbrella size) in the Hospitality Area.
• Anything forbidden by law (including illegal drugs, synthetic drugs, etc.) will be forbidden at the event venue and will be reported to the police when found.
• No strollers will be allowed in the event venue. This concert will be a long event, so please consider the dangers and consequences of sunstroke and/or heatstroke when brining your child(ren). You're solely responsible for the conditions of your own child(ren) during and after the concert. Please make sure to watch your child(ren) during the concert, so he/she/they will not cause trouble for other participants. If you cannot abide by the above rules, you may be asked to leave the venue temporarily. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in advance.
• You may bring in PET bottled drinks, but please do not throw the bottles at the stage.
• Please divide your trash according to recycling rules and dispose them only at designated places in the venue.
• Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area. Use of lighters or matches outside of the smoking area is strictly forbidden.

• For any official and/or artist merchandise sold at the merchandise booths, exchange/refund will not be available except defective goods. Thank you for your understanding.

• The only transportation permitted into the event venue is the 'Concert Shuttle Bus.' Access by regular vehicles (personal cars/taxis) will not be allowed. Also, access on foot will not be allowed, so please make sure to take the ‘Concert Shuttle Bus' into the venue.
• You may go back and forth from the LIVE Area to the Hospitality Area (inside the premises of the event venue), but once you leave the event venue completely, re-entrance into the venue will not be allowed.
• For both days of the event, you must exit the premises of Yumeshima completely after the concert. Camping (on ground or in a car) in/around the Yumeshima area is strictly forbidden.
• Please refrain from any actions that will cause trouble for the local residents around the event venue.
• Please stay within the premises of the event venue at all times during the concert.
• If you refuse to follow directions given by our staff and/or cause trouble for other participants, you will be removed from the concert venue and/or forbidden to enter the venue. In such case, your ticket will not be refunded.
• For any accidents, incidents and/or injuries happened inside the event venue, the actual people involved must settle your own case(s). Host of the event, the venue and the artists will not be liable for any consequences from your case(s) under any circumstances. No one from the hosting side will take part in negotiation or settling of your case(s) in any way. You're solely responsible for your action and reaction, and expected to settle the matters on your own. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• We have the right to refuse the entrance of members/affiliates of criminal organizations, intoxicated participants, and anyone whom we believe is unfit for the occasion into the event venue. Such people will be strictly forbidden to enter the event venue.
• The above precautions/rules are subject to change if/when necessary regardless of the time/method for the previous display of information.
• Request of refund for ticket(s) caused by the above change of precautions/rules will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
• Photos and video clips of the venue including the audience area may be posted on various media (including SNS) without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.
• Handling of the customer information for ticketing is by the host of the event.

• Due to Osaka Prefectural Ordinance of Juvenile Protection, anyone under the age of 16 is not allowed in the event venue from 7pm (10pm if accompanied by a guardian) to 5am of the day after, and anyone above 16 and below 18 is not allowed in the event venue from 10pm to 5am of the day after. If you're an underage participant, you must exit the venue and return home or to your lodging before the designated time above.
