Maverick DC Inc. and the companies of the MAVERICK DC GROUP (referred to collectively as the “Companies” below) have established the following Privacy Policy (referred to as “this Policy” below) concerning personal information of artists, fans, business contacts and so forth (referred to collectively as “customers” below) that the Companies use in their operations, and will implement this Policy on a continuous basis.

1. Personal Information

As used in this Policy, “personal information” means customers’ names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and other information that can identify individuals.



2. Abidance by Laws, Regulations, Etc.

The Companies will abide by laws, ordinances, official notices and other regulations and prescriptions.



3. Acquisition of Personal Information

The Companies will acquire personal information by legitimate and fair means. Where they acquire personal information from individuals who are the subject of it (referred to as “information subjects” below), the Companies will clearly indicate the utilization purposes.



4. Utilization Purposes of Personal Information

The Companies will utilize the personal information that they acquire solely to the extent that is necessary for achieving the utilization purposes.

The Companies will utilize for the following purposes the personal information that they acquire:

For sending out tickets and products that have been ordered.

For publicity on products handled and events organized by the Companies.

For marketing relating to products and events, etc.

Other purposes that the Companies will clearly indicate when they acquire personal information.



5. Control and Protection of Personal Information

In storing and using personal information, the Companies will take adequate security measures. Personal Information Managers with responsibility for handling of personal information will be appointed. The personal information that is gathered will be stored in servers restricted to employees holding access authorization. By taking appropriate and rigorous preventative measures such as these, the Companies will work to protect personal information.



6. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Companies will not provide or disclose personal information to third parties, except in the cases set forth below or where there is due cause.

However, where the Companies outsource a part of their operations, they may provide personal information to the outsourcee to the extent necessary for the operations.

(1) The information subjects have consented to disclosure of the personal information.

(2) The Company deems it necessary in order to protect the rights, interests, reputation, or credibility, etc., of the Companies, other customers, or other third parties.

(3) Disclosure is demanded by an administrative agency, judicial organ or similar body pursuant to laws or ordinances.



7. Shared Utilization of Personal Information

The Companies may share customers’ personal information with each other where this is necessary in order to achieve the utilization purpose.

In such cases, if customers wish to request erasures or corrections concerning the personal information that is shared, they should direct such requests to Maverick DC Inc.



8. Disclosure and Correction, Etc., of Personal Information

Where requests are received from customers for perusal, correction or deletion of personal information, the Companies will appropriately and promptly comply within a reasonable period, after first verifying that the requester is the information subject, and unless there is a special reason for not complying.



9. Control of Outsourcees, Etc.

Where the Companies share personal information with a third party or entrust personal information to a third party in order to outsource operations, and in similar cases, they will investigate the third party concerned, conclude required agreements with it, and take such other measures as are legally necessary.



10. Updating of this Policy

The Companies will update this Policy whenever they deem it necessary.
