Announcement Regarding the Reopening of Online Sales of L'Arc-en-Ciel "ARENA TOUR MMXX" Official Merchandise
After receiving many requests, we have decided to reopen online sales of L'Arc-en-Ciel "ARENA TOUR MMXX" official merchandise.
With the reopening of online sales, Redesigned Ver. of merchandise will be available for purchase with T-shirts featuring additional prints and muffler towels featuring an additional tag.
Please note that not all tour merchandise will be available for purchase.
Only LE-CIEL members can purchase the Yokohama Concert-limited merchandise.
In addition, you can receive 1 L'Light for every ¥5,000 (tax-included) spent.
Please note that you will not be able to choose the color of the L'Light.

Attention to those who will be visiting the Yokohama Arena on 2/28(FRI) and 2/29(SAT)
With the Corona Virus outbreak, various agencies have issued an advisory.
For those who are planning on attending the LIVE at the Arena during this time, please wear masks, wash your hands, gargle, and cooperate with contagion prevention guidelines.
In addition to the Corona Virus, there has been an increase in the number of flu, and other such illnesses common during Winter time. We ask you to kindly read and follow the following contagion prevention guidelines.

Purchase bonuses for CD / Blu-ray / DVD at the L'Arc-en-Ciel ARENA TOUR MMXX concert venues have been confirmed!
For the duration of L'Arc-en-Ciel "ARENA TOUR MMXX," scheduled to start on January 9, 2020, a bonus will be available to all individuals who have purchased a CD, DVD, or Blu-ray at the venue merchandise store. 1 limited edition album art badge will be given for every 2,000 yen spent on purchases. (badges will be given at random from a total of 55 possible designs)

Information regarding the Standing Ticket Lottery for the Osaka LIVE Concerts
Due to the large number of requests for the purchase of tickets, "Standing" tickets for LIVE Concerts in Osaka will now be lottery-based.
Please understand that "Standing" areas may sometimes partially obstruct vision to the stage, or to the artists performing.
"Standing" tickets are catered to those who wish to experience the true essence of a LIVE L'Arc-en-Ciel performance. We would appreciate your understanding before making your purchase.

Announcement Regarding Ticket Refund Procedures for L'Arc〜en〜Ciel "ARENA TOUR MMXX" Yokohama Arena and Yoyogi National Gymnasium 1st Gymnasium Concerts
Details regarding ticket refunds for the "ARENA TOUR MMXX" concerts, which were regretfully cancelled in compliance with the government's policies regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and after considering the safety of fans, have been decided.
Applications for "ARENA TOUR MMXX" ticket refunds can be made starting from 5pm on 13 March (Fri).

In compliance with the mandates issued by the Corona Virus Response Headquarters, and making audience safety our number one priority, we are cancelling the following four concerts.

In addition, the LIVE VIEWING events which were scheduled to be held on the same dates as listed above, will also be cancelled.

Notice regarding the online sales of L'Arc-en-Ciel "ARENA TOUR MMXX" Official Merchandise Goods
Due to the cancellation of Yokohama and Yoyogi Concerts announced recently, all of the Official Merchandise Goods including the Live Venue Limited items which are scheduled to be sold at both venues, will be provided through online sales and delivery instead.
Live Venue Limited items scheduled to be sold at Yokohama Arena will also be available exclusively to LE-CIEL memberships.

Application for the 6th round online sales will start on

Purchased products will be delivered from mid-March sequentially. "Yoyogi Limited Sticker", which has supposed to be a gift for the QR Code campaign at the merchandise booth, will be given to all customers as a purchase bonus for online orders from now on(1 sticker per person). Moreover, "Yokohama Limited Sticker" will also be given to customers who have purchased Yokohama Concert Limited items. Sticker will be delivered together with the purchased products.
Finally, for those who have selected "pick-up at live venue", we will send you another email regarding the pick-ups.
